06. LIVING A CULTURE
We all know that all successful organizations start with a
strong internal culture, the difficult part is to build this and
protect it. Compared to many other companies, we might
have taken a while to become clear about our positioning,
service offering, vision and mission. But what we have built
from day one, intrinsically motivated together with the
team, is our culture. And for good reason: culture creates
identity. In good cultures, people feel comfortable because
they are heard, seen and appreciated. And if people spend
a lot of time working, it should be in a place where they
can feel this every day. Ultimately, our culture has helped us
to base things like our positioning, our values or even
Manifesto not on something theoretical, but on lived practice.
And thus create one thing above all: Authenticity.
